- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Parsley
- Pepper
- Parmesan
- Toasted Bread
If Bianchetto Truffle is not in season, it can be substitute with truffles that are in current season, preserved truffles or truffle sauce.
DIRECTIONS
1- Fill a pot with water halfway and boil it on high heat.
2- Plastic Wrap on a Bowl
3 - Add Olive oil
4 - Add Egg
5 - Salt and Pepper
6 - Shaved Parmesan
7 - Grated Truffle
8 - Close with Twine
9 - Toast Bread
10- Drop egg on boiling water
11- Cook for 2-3 minutes
12- Remove plastic wrap
13- Sprinkle Pepper and Parsley in a plate
14- Add Toasted Bread with the Egg
15- Add more Parmesan and Parsley
16- Grated and Shaved Truffle
17- A Touch of Olive Oil
18- Enjoy
