INGREDIENTS
- 17oz (500g) Gnocchi
- 1 tbsp salt for pasta water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream
- Parmesan cheese Reggiano
- Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
1- Bring 4 - 6 quarts of water to a rolling boil, add salt
2- Melt the butter on a pan big enough to hold the gnocchi
3- Add cream to the butter and bring to a simmer
4- Add salt and pepper to the sauce
4- Drop gnocchi into salted boiling water and cook until they surface to the water. (usually 2-3 min)
5- While the gnocchi are cooking, add truffle butter in the pan
6- After the truffle butter melts, add White Truffle Sauce and parmesan cheese (mix gently)
7 - Drop the gnocchi in the pan
8- Mix adding more parmesan cheese
9- Serve and enjoy
