Truffle Sweet Potato Bake Recipe

Serves: 4-6

Difficulty: easy 

Prep: 20min

Cooking time: 1.5 hours 

Total time: 2 hours

 

Ingredients

- 4 large sweet potatoes around the same shape & size

- 1 80g jar of Truffle USA Truffle Sauce 

- 1.5 tbsp of flour 

- 1 cup milk 

- salt & pepper

Directions

 

Sweet Potatoes

1 - Peel & slice sweet potatoes to the same thickness 

2 - Grease baking dish with olive oil

3 - Arrange sweet potato slices vertically in dish & drizzle with olive oil 

4 - Cover &  bake for 1 hour at 325°F   

5 - Uncover and bake for an additional 30 min 

 

Sauce

1 - Warm milk over medium heat 

2 - Slowly sift in flower and whisk to thicken 

3 - Season with salt & pepper 

4 - Turn off heat & whisk in truffle sauce 

Note: Make sauce during the last 20min of potatoes baking in the oven 

 

Drizzle Sauce over sweet potatoes just before serving & enjoy.
